HOW TO: Writing an Effective Tutorial
One of the the most popular complaints I get from the webmail forms from P2L come from disgruntled webmasters demanding to know 
why their tutorials were not accepted into the index, especially considering how great their tutorial was. *tongue in cheek* Well, 99% of the time it’s simply because they didn’t follow instructions or use some fairly common sense and joined the ranks of the hundred or so tutorials I decline every day.
